Do I Need Permission - Ask An ExpertI am interested in purchasing an existing ex registrars office & converting to a 1 bedroom residential dwelling.
The office is connected to an existing residential dwelling (previously the registrars house) with a drive to the side which is permanent access to the existing house, there is available parking for 1 car at the front of the office, approx 1.2m2 at the rear.
Can you advise as to the likelihood of permission being obtained for change of use given the probable objection of the current owners next door.
