Summerhouse permitted development
My garden is sloping towards a boundary and I have had to install a base to level the ground. This means that at one side (front of building) the base is level with the ground, and at the boundary where it slopes down, it is built up to approx 25cm above ground level. The building will be around 120cm from all boundary fences in the corner of my garden.
To measure the total height do I measure ground level from the area right next to where im measuring or from the lowest point (the bottom of the slope) even if im measuring the front of the building?
Also I have been trying to look up the height rules on the building within a certain distance to boundaries, but I some websites state that it is within 1 metre, others say it is within 2 metres?
