Turning a conservatory in to an extension

Turning a conservatory in to an extension

Do I Need Permission - Ask An ExpertI have a conservatory at the rear of my property this is roughly 9m2 and does not have any heating facilities in it, it is also more than 1 meter away from any property border.

I would like to build an extension using the exsisting founds and dwarf wall. Do I need planning permission or building warrant for the above work?

The proposals you described may be covered under permitted development for planning permission purposes, although proposal drawings would still need to be approved by the local authority. A building warrant would definitely be required. Both of these application processes would be fairly straightforward on a project of this nature if handled professionally. If you would like some assistance with this, please get in touch and we can discuss your project further.
