Hi MichaelIf you are only installing VELUX windows and your home is not listed or in a conservation area you will not need planning consent. If only installing them to bring light into your attic space then no building warrant is required, however if you are converting your attic into habitable space then you will require a building warrant. Hope this helpsRegardsStephen Lynas FRIAS RIBAChartered ArchitectiDraw Plans Limitedstephen@iDrawplans.net
